EXAMPLES

La sofá es sumamente cómoda. - This couch is extremely comfortable.

El río es sumamente peligroso. - The river is extremely dangerous.

La araña es sumamente peligrosa. - The spider is extremely dangerous.

(NOTE: The adjective dangerous - peligroso is used with the "el río" and
peligrosa - dangerous is used with "la araña". 
    

Tu niño es sumamente talentoso. - Your child is highly/extremely talented.

Tu perro es sumamente talentoso. - Your dog is highly/extremely talented.

Mi hermana es sumamente bonita. - My sister is extremely pretty.
